The problem
Your company knows more than it can find.
Scattered everywhere
Answers live in chats, drives and inboxes. Nobody is sure which version is the current one.
Stuck in people's heads
When someone is on holiday or moves on, what they know goes with them.
Always out of date
Writing docs takes too long, so they get skipped, and the ones that exist go stale.
Product
Everything in its place.
One structure the whole company understands, an editor people actually enjoy, and search that gets you to the answer.
Structure that scales
Organise knowledge the way your company works: areas for teams, topics inside them, subtopics for the detail. Everyone knows where things live.
A rich editor
Headings, callouts, checklists, tables and code blocks. Formatting that helps people read, not fight the tool.
Find anything, fast
Search every area at once and land on the right page, with its place in the structure always visible.

Runbooks, onboarding guides, meeting notes and decision logs. Consistent pages from day one, without starting from a blank screen.
Optional AI
AI when you want it.
Never when you don't.
Turn a few bullet points into a first draft, rewrite a page for clarity, or summarise a long document. AI is optional. Superteams works fully without it, and you decide when to use it.
- Draft a page from your notes
- Rewrite for clarity and tone
- Summarise long pages in seconds

Questions, answered.
Who is Superteams for?
Any company that needs one organised place for internal knowledge, across engineering, product, operations, people and sales.
How is content organised?
Areas for each team, topics inside them and subtopics for the detail. Access is set per area, so everyone sees what they need.
Do we have to use the AI?
No. Superteams works fully without it. AI only runs when someone asks it to, and your pages are never used to train models.
Can several people edit a page at once?
Not at the same moment yet. Drafts save automatically and every publish creates a version you can restore, so nothing gets lost. Live co-editing is on the roadmap.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you haven't picked a plan, the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still read and export, and editing comes back as soon as you choose a plan.
Can we bring our existing docs?
Yes. Upload a Confluence space export (HTML) and it becomes an area with the same page tree, images, tables and code blocks. Notion and Markdown imports are next.
Give every team one place to know.
Superteams is new, and the first teams shape where it goes next. Set up your workspace in minutes.
