Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This Policy sets out what you may not do on Superteams. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to the Customer and all of its users.

1. Not allowed

  • Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights (such as copyright), is defamatory or discriminatory, or incites violence.
  • Using the service for fraud, phishing, spam or distributing malware.
  • Attempting to access accounts, data or systems without authorisation, whether of Superteams or of other customers.
  • Testing for vulnerabilities, carrying out denial-of-service attacks or bypassing technical and security limits without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineering or copying the service, or using automated access (scraping) that overloads the platform, outside the official API, if one exists.
  • Reselling access or sharing credentials between people.
  • Uploading special categories of personal data or full payment card data without prior agreement with us.
  • Using the service to build a competing product.

2. Customer responsibility

The Customer is responsible for its users' activity and must act immediately if it becomes aware of a breach of this Policy.

3. How we act

We may remove content, limit features or suspend an account if there is a breach or a security risk. Whenever possible, we warn first and give time to fix the issue. In serious or urgent cases, suspension may be immediate.

4. Reporting abuse

If you find a breach, write to [email protected].
