Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Effective from [effective date]. These Terms apply to every company that uses Superteams (superteams.eu).
1. Who we are
Superteams is an online internal documentation platform for teams, provided by [Company legal name], company registration number [NIPC], with registered office at [registered office] ("Superteams", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance and scope
2.1. These Terms govern the contract between Superteams and the company or entity that creates an account (the "Customer"). The service is intended exclusively for business use; it is not sold to consumers.
2.2. Whoever accepts these Terms on behalf of the Customer confirms they have authority to bind it.
2.3. The contract also includes the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the list of subprocessors.
3. The service
3.1. Superteams lets you create, organise, search and share internal documentation, with user accounts and permissions per workspace.
3.2. We may improve, change or discontinue features. Changes that substantially reduce the contracted service are announced at least 30 days in advance.
4. Account and security
4.1. The Customer appoints an administrator, who is responsible for the account, for the users they invite and for the permissions they assign.
4.2. Each user must keep their credentials confidential. The Customer must notify us without delay of any unauthorised access.
4.3. The information provided at sign-up must be true and kept up to date.
5. Plans, prices and payment
5.1. The current plans and prices are on the pricing page of the website and are summarised below. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable legal rate.
| Plan | Members | Monthly | Yearly | AI included per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1–10 | €9 | €90 | 100 calls |
| Team | 11–100 | €49 | €490 | 10 per active member |
| Scale | 101–200 | €149 | €1,490 | 10 per active member |
| Enterprise | More than 200 | On request | On request | Custom |
The yearly price equals 10 months (2 months free). The member limit counts active members and pending invitations. The AI quota is shared across the whole workspace, is never lower than 100 calls, resets every calendar month (UTC) and does not roll over to the next month. One-off packs of 500 AI calls are available for €15. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing; downgrades are only possible if the number of members fits the new plan and take effect at the end of the billing period.
5.2. Payment is made by card or another method available through Stripe, which processes payments. We do not store full card details.
5.3. The subscription is billed monthly or yearly, according to the cycle chosen by the Customer, in advance, and renews automatically for equal periods unless cancelled under section 7. For yearly subscriptions, we notify the Customer by email at least 15 days before renewal.
5.4. The Customer can try the service free of charge for 14 days, without providing a card. During the trial, limits of 10 members and 50 AI calls apply. At the end of the trial, if the Customer has not subscribed to a paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only, without deleting data, until the Customer chooses a plan.
5.5. If a payment fails, we try to charge it again and notify the Customer. If it is not settled within 7 days, the workspace becomes read-only, with data export allowed, until payment.
5.6. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. The Customer may cancel before the change takes effect.
5.7. Invoices are issued electronically. The Customer must provide a correct tax number or VAT ID and billing details.
6. Customer Content
6.1. The Customer keeps all rights to the documents and data it uploads or creates in the service ("Customer Content").
6.2. The Customer grants us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy and process Customer Content solely to provide the service.
6.3. The Customer warrants that it has the right to use the Customer Content and that it does not breach the law, third-party rights or the Acceptable Use Policy.
6.4. We do not use Customer Content to train artificial intelligence models.
6.5. The processing of personal data contained in Customer Content is governed by the DPA.
7. Term, cancellation and termination
7.1. The contract starts when the account is created and lasts while there is an active subscription.
7.2. The Customer may cancel at any time in the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7.3. Either party may terminate the contract with immediate effect, by written notice, in the event of a material breach not remedied within 15 days of notification.
7.4. We may suspend or close the account immediately if its use breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or puts the security of the service at risk.
7.5. After termination, the Customer may export Customer Content for 30 days. After that, we delete the content, unless we are legally required to keep it. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. Superteams, the software, the brand, the logo and the design belong to us. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, limited to the term of the contract, to use the service.
8.2. The Customer may not copy, decompile, resell or create derivative works of the service, or use it to build a competing product.
8.3. We may use suggestions and feedback from the Customer without compensation.
9. Availability and support
9.1. We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to failures of third-party providers.
9.2. Support is provided by email at [email protected], on business days, in Portuguese and English.
10. Warranties and liability
10.1. The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those provided by law, to the extent the law allows between businesses.
10.2. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect damages.
10.3. Our total liability to the Customer for all damages relating to the contract is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential the other's non-public information it accesses because of the contract and use it only to perform the contract. This obligation continues for 3 years after termination.
12. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and, when we act as the Customer's processor, in accordance with the DPA.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in the application at least 30 days in advance. If the Customer does not accept, it may cancel before the change takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means acceptance.
14. General provisions
14.1. These Terms are the entire agreement between the parties about the service. If a clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.
14.2. The Customer may not assign the contract without our written consent. We may assign it as part of a reorganisation or sale of the company.
14.3. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Lisbon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
